Krautrock is a sound project based on cabbage fermentation. It employs gas sensors to convert the cabbage's gas distribution into sound. As fermentation is time-dependent, the sound forms its own life cycle. Over approximately 30 days, the project generates a generative sound work and a batch of sauerkraut.
