Passe Partout is a first publication of analog photos, and part of a larger and ongoing project. The images were taken during various vacations and over the course of several years, depicting seemingly insignificant places, accidental scenes or curious details rather than typical tourist attractions. Because it deals with haphazard or sometimes even banal scenes, the specific location where the picture was taken becomes abstract and irrelevant. As such, it offers a different perspective on classic travel photography, which often focuses on remembering or showing (off) the places people have visited.
